Whenever i reboot, the notes widget i have placed on my screen is hidden and replaced with an icon showing a pen. I can restore the sticky note by resizing the note, but it's too annoying to do it after every reboot.

Please include ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc
ideally at multiple points when the issue has and has not yet occurred
