As of now, we need to switch to Select shapes tool to move individual text objects around. However, it is cumbersome and not intuitive since we all used to be able to drag things around while using text tool. Some user might instinctively turn to Move tool, only to be infuriated by the fact it moves the whole vector layer the text is on.

To improve Text tool's usability, I suggest we display handles like Select shapes tool when a user single-clicked over a text object.
