Application launcher scrolls automatically to leave when I open kickoff after login.

Version of Fedora: 27.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to KDE.
2. Open the application launcher by clicking on its icon.

Actual Results:
The application launcher scrolls automatically to leave.

Expected Results:
The application launcher should stay at the tab favorites.

Additional info:
This happens exactly for one time after login. After that the behaviour of the application launcher is as expected.
