This is merely an observation and don't know if there is an easy way to fix it.

SITUATION:
1. There is one home laptop. Log in with user A.
2. Connect to WIFI, enter password, store it with kwallet.
3. Switch session and log in with user B.
4. User B can use the internet over WIFI
5. Switch user to A and log out.
6. Switch back to user B.
7. User B has lost internet connection.

Naively, I would expect that on that home computer it is sufficient to enter the WIFI password once and all users benefit. On the other hand, I can imagine that it is unwanted that user B can get sensitive information entered by user A. Maybe there could be an option "Share this connection with all users even when you are logged out (exposes password)".

There is option to store your password to all users, see the combobox below the password. You will also need to mark the connection as available to all users in the "General configuration" tab.

Thanks for the hint, I'll try that.
