This is available in "system settings > input devices > keyboard > advanced" tab.

Does it also kill Wayland session? Because for me it often doesnt.

David Edmundson said in reddit that ctrl+alt+backspace doesn't kill Wayland session.
So just Xwayland is killed? My system goes to login screen when I press the mentioned shortcut.

And that might be enough. Although if the previous session is still running in the background somewhere and using CPU, that is not ideal.

This text comes directly from xkb; we just consume it. It would need to be changed there.
