In config system --> applications --> start-up witness
choices are :
- none
- passiv cursor
- bouncing slider
- blinking cursor

So when you start any application, cursor may change.

I have choosen all differents choices but nothing appends.

I read the description for the other bug but my english in not enought for understanding everythings.

I can confirm that on my session,.config/klaunchrc is saved correctly when I change settings but have no result.
