If it worked until digiKam-5.6.0, it might be because you need to enable the native file dialog in Setup-> Miscellaneous. Maik this solved it. thanks Created attachment 118685 [details]

Created attachment 111688 [details] printscreen macos add network collection On MacOS: When trying to add a collection from a network drive, only local drives appear, therefore impossible to add a network location. This behaviour was working properly until version 5.6.
