I noticed something odd going on with recent documents lately as well. My Dolphin started showing folders I opend with it and did so with a broken icon Works for me in 5.12.6 FWIW. Works for me too in Plasma 5.13.1. Sorry, false positive (I accidently checked the Recent menu which is built in LibreOffice). In the context menu of the Application Launcher item the list is still empty. A lot has changed since this bug was filed. Is it still reproducible for you in Plasma 5.24 (the latest LTS version) or 5.25 (the latest version, period)? Thanks for asking, Nate. The bug seems to be fixed. Created attachment 111636 [details] context menu of LibreOffice Calc Application Launcher item Since at least Plasma 5.12.2 I noticed that the Recent Documents list in the context menu of LibreOffice and other applications is gone. The attached screenshot shows the menu where the Recent Document list used to be displayed.
