Icons text labels are blank white after suspend

To reproduce:

1) Install NVidia proprietary driver* (mine is latest legacy nvidia-340.106).
2) Boot into Plasma with proprietary driver.
3) Execute `pm-suspend` in konsole.
4) Wake up your machine and see icons text labels white blanked or noised.
