Went back and extracted the log for the whole session - hope this helps
This seems to have gone away so i'm closing. I will reopen if it recurs. Now using opensuse:tumbleweed:20180320 Qt: 5.10.0 KDE Frameworks: 5.44.0 - KDE Plasma: 5.12.3 - kwin 5.12.3 kmail2 5.7.3 - akonadiserver 5.7.3 - Kernel: 4.15.10-1-default - xf86-video-nouveau: 1.0.15 |
Created attachment 111515 [details] output from journalctl | grep plasmashell Occasionally when i try to login to one particular user id on my machine, the login will hang and the system activity monitor shows plasmashell as stopped. This is the output from journalctl | grep plasmashell. I get out of it with Ctrl-Backspace-Backspace and the next login is fine.
