I haven't been able to find a replacement for the following command, removed some time ago (Kwin 5.9 maybe?):

qdbus org.kde.plasma-desktop /MainApplication showInteractiveKWinConsole

It is still wrongly documented at https://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/KWin/Scripting

"Alt+F2 wm console" does not work for my usecase (launch at boot).

With the Plasma 5:
