Can not read tips text. The text in the tips is printed in white on a white background. Therefore, it is impossible to read. If you change the style of the KDE, the problem disappears. But when you restart the program, the problem appears again. I observe this in the programs gimp and Libre Offfice Calc.

Could you please add your Plasma/Qt/Distribution versions and a screenshot or video with the issue
