open Discover when some update is available
search for an app and install it
when installation is completed, select "update" in sidebar: nothing found
select "settings" in sidebar and back to "update"
now updates are listed

That's on a distro application? or flatpak?
Comment 2 Patrick Silva 2018-04-10 12:12:48 UTC
Reproducible when I install a distro app or flatpak.

another way to reproduce the bug with discover 5.13.3 on Arch Linux:

open Discover when some update is available
search for an app, let's say "firefox"
click "update" in the side bar
Discover shows "Sorry, nothing found".

Fix navigation after search

Don't try to open a search applistpage after switching to updates
(actually after switching to a page without a search field).

Thanks Dr. Chapatin for the test case!
