I don't understand, can you add a screenshot? Created attachment 111396 [details] shrinking icons when 'pin to task manager'.png check out the bottom left corner. this happens only when using the ' pin to task manager option'. each icon added becomes smaller. this doesnt happen when using 'add to panel (widget)'. By the way this is when u click the 'start button' and right click on any of the applications to add them to the panel. Your description looks as though the icons keep shrinking the more you add. Yes the more u add the smaller they become. The first one starts off fine. Each subsequent one becomes smaller. Then at a certain smaller size they stop getting any smaller(i think its by the 4th icon that the size becomes stable) I think this is just a quirk of the relative sizes of the apps you pinned: Opera happens to have the biggest icon, then Konsole, then Dolphin, then Thunderbird. Can you try pinning them in a different order and attaching a new screenshot? Created attachment 111402 [details] panel icons getting smaller.png ive tried with all sorts of permutations. this definitely is not just a quirk. If you're still able to reproduce this with Plasma 5.17, can you attach a screen recording? Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days.
