The dolphin location bar allows to specify a protocol via dropdown menu. This unfortunately vanishes as soon as I start typing, e.g. if I select "webdav" and start typing, the dropdown menu gets hidden.
This is a regression since it has worked in previous versions.

This behavior is still present with Dolphin 19.04. It could be useful to display the dropdown unless the current protocol is file:// (which as far as I am aware is the implicit protocol if you are just navigating through directories).
