Upon further testing, the issue appears to be with my particular mouse. No issues with two other mice I tested. |

To recreate the issue: Set: System Settings -> Window Management -> Window Behavior -> Titlebar Actions - Titlebar - Wheel event : Move to Previous/Next Desktop Go approx. halfway down in any scroll-able window and rapidly scroll up. After a rapid scroll up - move your mouse over the titlebar of an open application and the window will Infinite Move to Next Desktop until you click or perform some other mouse event. I noticed this on Gitstable and User Edition KDE NEON.
