xrand, lshw, uname, plasmashell data

I have laptop Lenovo G710.
I Connect 2 fullhd external monitors by hdmi and vga.
Now I have strange behaviour on moving any window from one monitor (primary) to second. From some X position window stop showing.
Second moment, I have empty space (vertical line) between taskbar and right edge of primary moninor. So, you can see window content at this space.

This is bug 370510, no? Fixed since Plasma 5.11.
