Hello, 

The latest version installer (KStars 2.9.3) did not finalize the procedure of installation indicating the following error in the image attached.

Hello,
This is an additional comment to the bug report sent earlier today.
The installation failure occurs even when the k-star installer is operated from the start  when no leftovers of the previous installation are  found. A full uninstall is done prior to installing the new version.
