When you go to the Tag tab and then go to a closed tag and uncheck the box for closed the software asks you if you want to "Do you want to save the changes for ABC?.  Then you click Yes but if you go and do something else and come back the box is still checked closed.  The Tag is available for use but it looks as if it is closed.

There is no way to re-close this Tag because the checkbox is on and any changes won't take.

If you shutdown KMM and restart the changes take and then the Tags can be reclosed.
