Hm, I cannot really reproduce, but I suspect it's related to the moment the current color becomes black, so that there's no hue value anymore. I'm not sure it's worth spending time on... I can reproduce this behavior with Krita 4.2.0-alpha (commit a794d32). Operating System: KDE neon Developer Edition KDE-Plasma-Version: 5.13.90 Qt-Version: 5.11.1 KDE-Frameworks-Version: 5.51.0 Is this still an issue? I did a commit a few days ago making the color selection a bit better for vector tools? It seems ok now on my Windows 10 git master Marking as needs info. I'm sorry but I'm not able to try with a more recent version of Krita since the appimage now uses Qt 5.12 and it won't start on my old OS. Steps: 1) toolbox > "Select Shapes Tool" (arrow) 2) select a vector object 2) go to "Tool Options" docker 3) change its color (fill or stroke) 4) drag the circle of the color selector triangle shape around Actual Results: the triangle shape of the color selector rotates itself a bit. Expected Results: the triangle shape of the color selector should remain still.
