Please try with the actual Kdenlive version 18.08.2 This should be fixed. Created attachment 111006 [details] showing menu path Select effect, drag it onto track item, modify attribute... nope. There is no actionable toggle/switch/slider/percentage indicator/dial, etc. There used to be, mind you... but not anymore...
