This issue is solved with the Refactoring version. See attached screenshot.

Created attachment 110960 [details] thread apply all bt Project file and `thread apply all bt` attached. Running 17.12.2, no such Version was available in the dropdown though. How I got it: Trying to apply 'Transform' to a text clip, and trying to resize it. Reproducible: Always.
