I was in the standard american comic template, and I went to open the Japanese one to see if it fit better with what I want to do, but when I opened it, it was a blank page with just the layers? There were no lines for the sections?

I closed the entire program and reopened it, but it did the same thing?

Hi Stephanie,

Thanks for your report. I'm afraid I cannot reproduce your issue. It does take moment for the frames to appear, though. 

* Do other comics or animation templates also don't show any frames or decorations?
* And if you try the template from http://davidrevoy.com/article321/comic-page-from-a-to-z-with-krita, does that show frames?

Hello,

The American comic template and the European template do not show borders
also. I opened the template via the link you provided, however now it's
labeled everything as "write protect"?

I opened the manga template and the US comic template and did not touch
them for quite a while, however there were no changes, and were still not
loading the borders.
