Hi,
I have many OpenDocument files, but currently there's no way to have previews of them in Dolphin. This would help to choose the right file at a glance.

There's a port to KF5 of "ODF thumbnailer for KDE" available on openSUSE at https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/KDE:Extra/kde-odf-thumbnail
I'm using NEON, is there any way that all the KDE users can benefit from that port?
IMHO it should be included in KDE apps releases.

Please ask the author of this plugin if he is interested in moving this to the KDE repositories. Please reopen when done, then neon developers could also package it.
