1. create an emoticon theme
2. add an emoticon using an image (let's call it "abc.png") to this theme
3. delete the emoticon from the theme
4. try to add an emoticon from the same file "abc.png" to the same theme (click Add... -> select file "abc.png" -> click OK)

Actual behaviour: the list of emoticons is still empty.
Expected behaviour: the emoticon should be added into the list.
