1. create emoticon theme
2. add an emoticon to this theme
3. click Delete Emoticon, a confirmation dialog opens
4. click No to cancel deletion

Actual behaviour: emoticon disappears from the list.
Expected behaviour: emoticon should stay in the list.

The message box is a bit confusing. It asks whether you *also* want to delete the picture of the emoticon. I agree that the message box should probably Yes, No, and Cancel.

OH SHI~~~!

Then the documentation [1] is wrong. It says "Remove: This will remove the selected emoticon from the selected theme. You need to click the Yes button to validate this action."

This KCM was removed in the transition from Plasma 5.19.5 to 5.20.0 https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/commit/3cd728de38b771c84c0cfdf68eac84715637e76f
