Discover showing source selection issue with snaps

Snaps show "snappy:stable" at first as a source. When you click the source link, it shows two entries, both of them "snappy:beta". If you click one, it permanently selects that source until Discover is restarted.

Please see attached video for example of behavior.

KDE Plasma Version: 5.12.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.43.0
Qt Version: 5.9.1
Kernel Version 4.13.0-32-generic
OS Type: 64-bit
Comment 1 Andrew Crouthamel 2018-02-18 05:51:55 UTC
Apparently if you click away from the one entry, and back to the other, without making a source selection, it still forces "snappy:beta". So the action of selection doesn't seem to be the culprit.

Confirmed, thanks.
Comment 3 Aleix Pol 2018-04-10 11:28:40 UTC
This issue is fixed later in 5.12. It's still not possible to switch channels though.

Thanks! Should I make a wishlist item for Snap channel selection?
Comment 5 Nate Graham 2018-04-10 16:29:41 UTC
That's covered by Bug 389012.
