When selecting inverted "natural" touchpad scrolling (drag up to scroll down), Dashboard only works in "standard" scrolling mode (drag down to scroll down).

Confirmed on neon dev unstable, under X11 + libinput.
No problem under Wayland.

Marking as duplicate, as it seems to be the same root cause and affecting all Plasma ScrollViews.
