It's a design decision. Your comment has been noted, and it is up for discussion, but it's not a bug. You can disable the desktop toolbox, RMB > Configure Desktop > Tweaks. You can also disable the panel toolbox by locking widgets. It is suggested you always do after finishing customization and start with work. |
