Test case:
1. Clean out your profile, start Akregator, and delete the default feeds
2. Import the attached test.opml file.
3. Expand the All Feeds: Imported Feeds folder in the Feeds view
Note that there are two imported folders: One named "Test folder" and a ghost folder without a label. The test file only contains one folder, so the ghost apparition is a bug.
4. Right-click on the ghost folder to crash.
