-- Information about the crash:
I had just imported about 200 feeds from an OPML file. While these newly added feeds were being updated, I clicked on a link in a feed. Links were set to open in my default web browser. Instead, Akregator crashed.

My imported feeds were preserved after I restart Akregator, however none of them had any items. The probably halfway complete update of feeds hadn't been saved to disk.

I see that the stack mentions checkphishingurl. I did indeed enable the optional phioshing checking setting. This is a fresh install so the database file mentioned in checkphishingurl/localdatabasefile may not have been created yet, or was in the process of being updated.
