No idea, had the latest libkf5service-bin installed, but it seems the bug went away after the last plasma update. Only, I had to manually re-create the "x-content/Rds" entry. When trying to associate files .rds and .Rds (x-content/Rds) to be opened with RStudio, it fails to add the application RStudio to the list of Application Preference Order.
