We have them in menu it's enough otherwise popup menu is too big. Regards. I have enabled the expert plugin now, but still cannot find the "show message structure" action. Similarly, I cannot find any of the other actions in the "Message" menu, it does not have a "display" submenu. Ah, the show message structure is now in the Message menu, but not in the context menu. Fair enough. I'm still missing all the other actions though in that "Display" menu which I cannot find anywhere. Thank you for reporting this issue in KDE software.
