Screenshot of the issue

After rescaling the brush size the cursor remains in the same place and stops following the pen. On the canvas, just the outline of the brush remains visible. The menus still highlight when moving over them but the cursor isn't there, which makes it difficult to navigate the program. The only way to revert the cursor behavior is to restart the system.
Setup:
    Fedora 27, Wayland, Krita 3.3.1
    cursor setting set to crosshair
two monitor setup, happens the same with one monitor
    Wacom Intuos tablet
    already tried disabling OpenGL
    does not happen with Xorg.

Sorry, that's probably a Wayland problem, and we don't support running Krita on Wayland yet. None of the Krita developers is using Wayland at the moment, and no-one who cares about Wayland has started helping hacking with Krita. I do suspect it isn't even a bug in Krita, but one in wayland or xwayland, since our code for handling this is nothing special. It could even be something that's broken in one Wayland compositor and not in another!

I guess that if it isn't fixed in wayland or xwayland by the time OpenSuse or Neon forces us to use wayland, we'll be forced to investigate further...
