Widget Style Settings with missing global menu option

I decided to move my task bar to the left of my screen, which made global menus not work for me. But when I tried to disable it I came to realize that the options to do so were missing (see attached screenshot).

Thus I'm unable to disable the global menu. Has it been moved somewhere else? It'd seem like someone else has the issue on the KDE forums:
