The grouping calculation seems to be wrong after closing windows within a group.

Steps to reproduce:
- open enough windows of one application to trigger task-grouping, even if one of the windows was closed
- open a different window
- expand the task-group by clicking
- close one of the windows (right-click -> close)

What should happen:
- task-group will be closed
- group will show the remaining windows

What actually happens:
- task-group will be closed
- group view might close, if it doesn't:
- group will contain the remaining windows but in place of one of them a different application, or plasma
- after closing and opening the group, the content will be correct again

Thanks for your report. Would you mind recording a video with e.g. vokoscreen and attaching it here? I'm having trouble with some of the steps because of terminology differences.

I hope this video claryfies what I mean.

While making the videoI noticed that I am only able reproduce the issue on the primary screen.
It might be of interest, that I use multiple taskbars, one per monitor.

Wow, that video. There's actually a ton of bugs visible in your video. E.g. as you start Kate, your Firefox launcher initially expands. And after you close the Konsole and your Kate moves into the group, the window that takes the place of Kate is the group dialog ("Plasma"), which is not meant to be visible on the Task Manager.

Needless to say, that's not how things are meant to be, and we haven't really gotten any reports like this before. Something's very very wrong, let's see ... :)

Great to hear the report is helpful.

Regarding the two other bugs: I have noticed them, too. They have been present for quite a while now so this is likely not related to the current release. I didn't report them so far since I couldn't reliably reproduce them, even though they do occur quite often.

Looks like an old issue. Setting it to needs more info.
Please if this is not an issue any more let us know.
Bugs placed into NEEDSINFO status will receive a reminder if the ticket:

    Is at least 15 days old
    Has not received any comment within 15 days

If a bug remains in NEEDSINFO for another 15 days with no comment, it will be closed as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME.

I can't reproduce this issue anymore, it seems to be fixed.
