Steps to reproduce:
- Open a text or markdown file in okular
- Click on File/Export As.../HTML
- This opens a file chooser with the Filter "OpenDocument Text"
- If the document is saved without giving a extension it will save the file with the extension .odt. The file itself will be HTML though.
