- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I clicked on System Settings > Application Style> "Windows Decorations".

- Custom settings of the application:
I replaced kwin with xfwm due to the former crashing constantly after i updated the system.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

KWin needs to be recompiled by the distribution to work with new KDecoration. This is a distribution issue
