Running Ubuntu 17.1 Trying to record through a mic. After recording a bit If I click the pause button, recording stops, if I click it again recording seems to resume (i.e the icon goes from Pause to the normal glyph) but nothing further is added to the file.

I have tried pressing the record button rather than pause but I get the same result

bug in recording state machine, should work now.
