Currently it's not possible to set the size of the color sample icons once and for all. It would help to avoid usability problems when resizing the docker. Features:

1) UI slider to set the size of the samples (similar to the one of the brush presets docker)
2) make the size of the samples absolute, not based on the width of the docker
