Available from the KDE Store: https://store.kde.org/p/1169583/ Dolphin: Configure Dolphin > Services > Download New Services... Thanks for the hint. A service menu like this should be integrated in Dolphin by default. This particular one has a restriction: "Widgets need to be unlocked, otherwise it won't work." (it fails silently). +1 for making this available by default. This seems like a no brainer. Ive been looking all over for 'set as desktop background' option. It should be included by default. This is such a basic function, dolphin really need this by default. The importance of this ticket is set to "wishlist".
