"Show All Entries" only *temporarily* shows them, so that you can permanently re-enable them if you want. There's a visual clue to this effect because the temporarily shown entries are all grayed out. Once they're shown, you can un-hide then via right-click > uncheck "Hide Section X" Does that work for you? neon dev unstable here Seems there is no way to definitely re-active entries previously hidden in places panel. open dolphin, right click on any entry ("devices", "search for", etc) select "hidden entry x", restart dolphin right click on places planel, select "show all entries"(ok, the entry hidden in previous step is visible again) restart dolphin Result: the entry is hidden again
