Whenever I leave Krita then return to it, it doesn't respond and then it crashes.

This is a little bit too little information for a bugreport, can you give more information? Like, how much ram was krita using, how much ram does your computer have, which version of windows are you running?

Can you please provide more information about this bug.

Can you try the latest version of Krita, and check if you can reproduce this bug.
