I imported an image, created a layer above it, lowered opacity to 50%, after some minutes painting I wanted to add another layer but layer tab shortcut, located next to the painting area, does not open.

I am using a Huion H420 Graphic tablet, and corresponding driver and software, here is the link of the driver :

Sorry all, just found out that the docker was locked, to unlock it just clicked on the lock symbol,
