Currently, KSysGuard > System Load > Network History uses a light yellow as the graph color for "Receiving". For those with not so good color vision a darker default would be better.

I rechecked with Plasma version 5.15.0. There the color for Receive is #766c1d. This is now very good visible. I am closing the bug as fixed.
