In printing to tabloid sized paper (tabloid selected in print options), the number of lines per page is as if letter sized paper were specified.

Kate/ktexteditor don't specify the print margins, that's printing support from upstream Qt; if there's a bug here it's should be filed against Qt bugzilla upstream.
