Hi William, * Did you get a Windows update or a tablet driver update? * Which tablet are you using * Does it help if you reset the tablet configuration or Krita's configuration? (See https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Resetting_Krita_configuration) Created attachment 109551 [details] attachment-8188-0.html Sorry i forgot to precise i am using a Xp Pen 06 wireless, since yesterday i didnt update windows nor krita or my driver, i just reinstall my tablet driver yesterday because of a sensitivity problem and it has worked fine for 3 hours then i stopped for the night and this morning it was crashing. I have a good pc (gtx 1080and I7) 2017-12-28 11:29 GMT+01:00 Boudewijn Rempt <bugzilla_noreply@kde.org>: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=388289 > > Boudewijn Rempt <boud@valdyas.org> changed: > > What |Removed |Added > ------------------------------------------------------------ > ---------------- > Platform|Other |MS Windows > Severity|critical |crash > Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEEDSINFO > CC| |boud@valdyas.org > Resolution|--- |WAITINGFORINFO > > --- Comment #1 from Boudewijn Rempt <boud@valdyas.org> --- > Hi William, > > * Did you get a Windows update or a tablet driver update? > * Which tablet are you using > * Does it help if you reset the tablet configuration or Krita's > configuration? > (See https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Resetting_Krita_configuration) > > -- > You are receiving this mail because: > You reported the bug. It must be something to do with the driver reinstall -- since that's the only thing that has changed. Did you install the same version of the driver, or a newer one? Created attachment 109555 [details] attachment-12826-0.html it was the same, but after i reinstall it it was working fine 2017-12-28 13:29 GMT+01:00 Boudewijn Rempt <bugzilla_noreply@kde.org>: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=388289 > > --- Comment #3 from Boudewijn Rempt <boud@valdyas.org> --- > It must be something to do with the driver reinstall -- since that's the > only > thing that has changed. Created attachment 109557 [details] attachment-14857-0.html what do i need to do with the files "krita nightly" and i am not sure that i understood the debugger, what do i do with the backtrace ^^ 2017-12-28 14:08 GMT+01:00 Boudewijn Rempt <bugzilla_noreply@kde.org>: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=388289 > > --- Comment #5 from Boudewijn Rempt <boud@valdyas.org> --- > Could you please test with the latest development version of Krita: > > https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Krita_Nightly_Build/ > > Get both the krita-nightly.zip and krita-nightly-dgb.zip, then follow > https://docs.krita.org/Dr._Mingw_debugger to get a crash log -- if this > version > of Krita also crashes with your tablet. > > -- > You are receiving this mail because: > You reported the bug. > Created attachment 109558 [details] attachment-15134-0.html ok so I have reinstalled brand new drivers from xp pen website and now its working perfectly ! thanks for your help. if there is a way i can give a good feedback of your service tell me 2017-12-28 15:00 GMT+01:00 William Copernic <william.copernic@gmail.com>: > what do i need to do with the files "krita nightly" and i am not sure that > i understood the debugger, what do i do with the backtrace ^^ > > > 2017-12-28 14:08 GMT+01:00 Boudewijn Rempt <bugzilla_noreply@kde.org>: > >> https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=388289 >> >> --- Comment #5 from Boudewijn Rempt <boud@valdyas.org> --- >> Could you please test with the latest development version of Krita: >> >> https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Krita_Nightly_Build/ >> >> Get both the krita-nightly.zip and krita-nightly-dgb.zip, then follow >> https://docs.krita.org/Dr._Mingw_debugger to get a crash log -- if this >> version >> of Krita also crashes with your tablet. >> >> -- >> You are receiving this mail because: >> You reported the bug. >> > > Hi William, Good to hear everything is working now!
