No extra clicks are necessary, just a little bit of mouse movement to navigate to "Extract archive here." Right-click menus are already advanced functionality for most users. If we want a one-click extract, we would have to add another item at the top level of the menu. So instead of having this: > Some menu item > Some other menu Item > Etc > Extract > Extract here > Extract to... > Extract here, autodetect subdirectory We would have this: > Some menu item > Some other menu Item > Etc > Extract here > Extract to > Extract to other location... > Extract here, autodetect subdirectory It would make the top-level menu have an additional item. One click extract is probably what I am suggesting. I think it's quicker. |
