Please check the manual first: https://docs.krita.org/Drawing_Tablets, go through all the possible options, then check if it also happens with Krita 3.3 you can get from krita.org, we have changed a lot since the 2.8 version. I'm sorry, but if a tablet isn't recognized by a recent version of Krita, it's always a driver/setup problem, not a bug in Krita. At least one person has gotten his Adesso tablet to work: https://docs.krita.org/List_of_Tablets_Supported There isn't anything we can do about it in any case because we do not have access to the hardware. |
