*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 46360 *** split *** Bug 63237 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I can confirm that this is a problem with KGhostView. The program always tries to print documents using their original paper size, which might not be loaded in the user's printer, thus triggering a "Load xxx" message on the printer. It would be really nice to have a "Shrink/expand to fit page" option like the Adobe Acrobat Reader has. Replaced sgmd@genetik.fu-berlin.de with janne.karhunen@pp.htv.fi due to bounces by reporter Is this bug still present in a recent version of KDE, such as 3.5.8 or KDE 4 RC2? Closing due to no response by original reporter. Please reopen if this bug is still present in a current version of KDE. (at time of writing: 3.5.8 or 4.0.0) Please reopen. Kghostview still lacks an interface for allowing the user to choose whether the document should be printed on its inherent paper size, or whether it should be scaled to a paper size specified by the user. Reopening as per request. Moving to Okular, since KGhostView is not maintained anymore. Can anyone affected by this bug back in KGhostView confirm whether this bug applies to Okular or not? No answer in a lot of time. Closing down. Please if you can provide the information reopen the bug. |
